TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING NOVEMBER 3 RD, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, November 3rd, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr. James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of October 6th, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of October 20th, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve utility permit for Hilltop Rd. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates approve feasibility study of Faust Lake Rd/Old 8 intersection redesign. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to pay vouchers 11234-11253 in the amount of $33,938.14. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
