TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 6 TH, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, October 6th, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisor James Cates, and Treasurer Cindy Carroll. Motion/second Cates/ Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of September 22nd, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to pay vouchers 11209-11221 in the amount of $266,111.28. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to approve operator License for Michael Fondow. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
