TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 22 ND, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, September 22nd, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr and James Cates, Treasurer Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of September 8th, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Nancy Sattler came and talked about PFAS and noted they are looking to form a committee with Pelican, Pine Lake and Stella. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve driveway for PE-138. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11198-11208 in the amount of $15001.00. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
