TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING JULY 14TH, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, July 14th’ 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr and James Cates, and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of June 30th, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve Northeast Asphalt’s bid of $134,425.72 to repave Hilltop Rd. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve sub-division of PE-173-1B. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11120-11130 in the amount of $8652.30. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist /Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to deny bartender license for Amie Lanke. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
