TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING JUNE 16TH, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, June 16th’ 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr and James Cates, Treasure Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of June 2nd, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to accept bid from Northeast Asphalt for Lake Julia Road in the amount of $96,980.70. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to approve liquor license for Lake George Hideaway. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to approve driveway permit for PE-71-16. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to pay vouchers 11092-11104 in the amount of $17,345.68. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carried.
