TOWN OF PELICAN MINUTES OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING JUNE 2ND, 2025 The regular meeting of the Town of Pelican Board was called to order by Chairman Nick Scholtes on Monday, June 2nd’ 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Pelican Town Hall. Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with Wisconsin’s Open Meeting Law. Roll call: Present were Chairman Nick Scholtes, Supervisors Walter Dahlquist Jr and James Cates, Treasure Cindy Carroll and Clerk Mike Ring. Motion/second Cates/Scholtes to approve minutes of the regular town board meeting of May 19th, 2025. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. 15 Minutes of informal public comments- Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to replace culverts on Lake Julia rd. in the amount of $3500.00. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist to replace culverts on Haymeadow rd. in the amount of $5200.00. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Dahlquist/Cates to pay vouchers 11076-11091 in the amount of $42,691.49. All aye on voice vote and motion carried. Motion/second Cates/Dahlquist accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. All aye on voice vote and motion carries.
