Public Comment – None
Squash Lake Boat Landing Update – Hartman has spoken with the contractor and he has ordered the pads
and are waiting on a date for them to arrive and installation. Hartman reminded the board that there was only
one qualified bid and that bid had to be sought out. If too much pressure is put on the contractor and he pulls
out the town will be back to square one. Hartman does not have a projected date for the installation.
Tennessen stated that there was someone out there last week that caused further damage to the boat landing.
Strauss expressed concern with the safety of boats being removed with the current damage. Discussion
regarding having the crew smooth it out prior to the end of the season.
Private Road Naming – Landowners off Timber Lodge Rd. – Discussion regarding the road naming
process. Concern was expressed with using Blvd. for a road name in the town. Hartman would like to see 50%
of the homeowners to agree to the name that is proposed. Jacobson would like to see BLVD removed (Road,
Trail, Lane, etc should be considered). Jacobson would like to see the homeowners nail it down, however, if
there isn’t a consensus the board will make a decision.

recommended approval. Motion by Pazdernik to approve the TRH permit by Ryan and Sabra Moulton as
