NOTICE TO RESIDENTS TOWN OF CRESCENT MINUTES FOR TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025 3:00 P.M., CRESCENT TOWN HALL Board Members Present: Grady Hartman, Chair; Jonathan Jacobson, Supervisor; Mike Pazdernik, Supervisor; Tracy Hartman, Clerk; Carla Fletcher, Treasurer. Call to Order: Chairman Hartman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at the Crescent Town Hall. The meeting has been properly posted and distributed in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meeting law and the facility is handicap accessible. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Approval of Agenda Motion by Pazdernik to approve the agenda. Seconded by Hartman. All aye. Motion carried. 2025 Budget Update – Clerk Hartman reviewed the 2025 budget and how things are currently looking. 2026 Budget Draft – Clerk Hartman presented a proposed 2026 budget. a. Revenue i. State Shared Revenue ii. Estimated General Transportation Aid (GTA) iii. LRIP-S iv. Other Aid v. License & Permits vi. Intergovernmental Charges vii. Miscellaneous Revenue b. Expense i. Town Board ii. Clerk, Election, Treasurer, Assessor, Town Hall, Office Equipment, Legal & Other Government iii. Public Safety & Library iv. Public Works v. Debt Service Discussion regarding the engine refurbish, Woodboro and Harrison Contracts, different revenue sources and how they are determined.
