The training will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026, in the White Pine Room of the Phelps Community Center, 4495 Town Hall Rd., Phelps, WI 54554. This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to the State ex rel. Badke vs. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.
