QUORUM NOTICE Town of Phelps Town Law Tele-Conference, October 31, 2025 Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Phelps may be attending a Town Law Tele-Conference on Friday October, 31, 2025, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The conference will take place at the Phelps Town Hall, 4495 Town Hall Rd., Town of Phelps, WI. This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board pursuant to the State ex rel. Badke vs. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.
