STATEMENT: Statement regarding the meeting notice: The agenda for the meeting was sent to The Shawano Leader and Results Broadcasting. Copies of the agenda were also posted at the Village Hall, Bonduel State Bank, Bonduel Library, Hartland Town Hall and the Hartland website. C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA D. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CITIZENS/OPEN FORUM E. NEW BUSINESS 1. Closed Session. Consider to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85(1)(f), Wis. Stats., to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; At the end of the closed session, the Commission will reconvene in open session. ADJOURNMENT It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
