Discussion and possible action on Downtown Business Grant Program Application for 126 E Green Bay St. 4. Brief overview of condemnation procedures by an RDA under a Redevelopment Plan (Attorney Lynn Lorenson, Town Counsel Law and Litigation, LLC) 5. Closed Session. The Redevelopment Authority may move to convene in closed session to discuss pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wis. State Statutes for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the possible purchase of property located at 101 E Green Bay Street where competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
