STATEMENT: Statement regarding the meeting notice: The agenda for the meeting was sent to The Shawano Leader and Results Broadcasting. Copies of the agenda were also posted at the Village Hall, Bonduel State Bank, Bonduel Library, Hartland Town Hall and the Hartland website. C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES E. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CITIZENS/OPEN FORUM F. REPORTS 1. Fire Chief’s Report 2. Outstanding Fire Bills 3. Budget Report G. NEW BUSINESS 1. Closed Session. Move to closed session to discuss fire fighter performance, and membership attendance. [Pursuant to Wis. State Statutes, Chapter 19, General Duties of Public Officials, subchapter V, 19.85 exemptions (1)(c) [Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.] At the end of the closed session, the Commission will reconvene in open session. H. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible action on departmental procedures and protocols for the 4th of July I.
