CALL TO ORDER. Chairperson, Jesse Rankin, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. NOTICE OF MEEING: Rankin read the statement regarding the posting of the meeting. PRESENT: Jesse Rankin, Village of Bonduel Representative, Russ Gehm, Shawano County Representative; and Michelle Maroszek, Village Clerk. Excused: Geoff Dowden, Public Member. Absent: Joe Dawidziak, Bonduel School District Representative. VIA TEAMS CONFERNECE: Ariana Schmidt, Ehlers & Associates; and Adam Pfost, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Representative. APPOINTMENTS/CONFIRMATIONS. No new appointment or confirmations needed. Geoff Dowden, Public Member and Jesse Rankin, Chairperson. REVIEW ANNUAL PE-300 REPORT AND PERFORMANCE AND STATUS OF TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 1. The group was given a report of the annual Tax Increment District No. 1 by Ariana Schmidt, Ehlers representative. TID No. 1 was established in 1994 and ended in 2024. This is the final year that district reporting is required by State statute. The increment received in 2025 will be used for Affordable housing by the Village of Bonduel. The annual PE-300 report, cash flow forecasts, and TID map were reviewed. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND COMPLIANCE WITH ANNUAL MEETING REQUIREMENT. With the presentation of the annual report and the annual meeting each year, a resolution needs to be passed acknowledging the requirements have been met. Rankin read the resolution. Motion by Rankin, second by Gehm, to introduce Resolution 2025-22 acknowledging the filing of the annual report and compliance with the annual TID Joint Review Board meeting requirement. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Rankin, second by Gehm, to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
