VILLAGE OF BONDUEL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The Village of Bonduel Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 6,
2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Bonduel Village Hall, 117 W. Green Bay Street, Bonduel, to hear
the request for the following planning and zoning matter:
Conditional Use Permit, Jason Hutter, 107 E Green Bay Street, Parcel No. 107-70050-0570,
to consider light industrial facility producing food with cooling and packaging area in the
C-1 Commercial District.
The Plan Commission will take comments from all interested parties at the Public
Hearing. Immediately following the closing of the Public Hearing, the Plan Commission
will make recommendations to the Village Board.
