VILLAGE OF BONDUEL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUESTS FOR REZONING AND CONDITIONAL USE The Village of Bonduel Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Bonduel Village Hall, 117 W. Green Bay Street, Bonduel, to hear the requests for the following: 1. Request from applicant, Bert Huntington, to rezone Parcel No. 107-16230-0020, 202 E. Express Way, Bonduel, WI 54107 from C-2 Highway Commercial District to R-2 Residential District. 2. Request from applicant, Paul McClone, ETP Repairs LLC, for a conditional use permit to perform small engine repairs, sales, and services on Parcel No. 107-85100-0990, 323 S. Cecil Street, in C-2 Highway Commercial District. The Plan Commission will take comments from all interested parties at the Public Hearing. Immediately following the closing of the Public Hearing, the Plan Commission will make recommendations to the Village Board. Published: September 13, 2024 and September 20, 2024
