STATEMENT: Statement regarding the meeting notice: “The agenda for the meeting was sent to The Shawano Leader and Results Broadcasting. Copies of the agenda were also posted at the Village Hall, Bonduel State Bank and the Bonduel Library.” C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES E. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CITIZENS/OPEN FORUM F. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible recommendation on conditional use permit to keep livestock (equines) at 720 S Cecil Street (Parcel #107-16320-0030) 2. Discussion and possible recommendation on signage application for 102 W Express Way, Kwik Trip Store #621 G. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible recommendation on preliminary plans for the Village parks 2. Closed Session. Move to closed session to discuss TID disbursement agreement for development [Pursuant to Wis. State Statutes, Chapter 19, General Duties of Public Officials, subchapter V, 19.85 exemptions (1)(e) [Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.] At the end of the closed session, the Commission will reconvene in open session. H. ADJOURNMENT It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above- stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
