Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, November 19, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Renee Switalla - present, Barb Buchholz - absent, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski Yaeger/R.Switalla m/s/c to approve the November 4, 2024 regular meeting minutes, and the November 4, 2024 public hearing minutes. Timm/Wepner to approve the audited bills for $24,691.92, and the interim bills for $1,413.70. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Wepner to approve the closure of Webb St., from College to Walker, and Vinal St., at the Webb St. intersection, for the WOW Winter Wonderland parade from 1-8:00pm and Dec. 14. Timm/Yaeger to approve extending Liberty Drive, to just past the Potrykus Construction driveway, for up to $45,000. Roll call vote – all ayes. Wepner/Gatz m/s/c to adjourn at 7:00 pm.
