Village Meeting — Minutes

Minutes for Board of Trustee Meeting Tuesday, July 16, 2024 Meeting was called to order, at 6:00 pm by Village President, William Switalla – Roll Call – Marlene Wepner – present, Tanya Lange- absent, Barb Buchholz - present, William Switalla – present, Theresa Gatz – present, David Timm – present, Paul Yaeger – present. Also present: Lee Pulaski Yaeger/Gatz m/s/c to approve the July 2, 2024 regular meeting minutes. Timm/Buchholz to approve the audited bills for $32,618.75, and the interim bills for $2,004.00. Roll call vote – all ayes. Gatz/Yaeger to approve the Sales Study and the Nominal Payment Parcel Report, for the sidewalk project. Roll call vote – all ayes. Timm/Yaeger that for TID#4 we will put curb & gutter, from Potrykus Construction south to Freedom Way (the Residential area), and from Potrykus Construction North (the Industrial area) there will not be curb and gutter.
