TOWN OF ANGELICA Special Town Board Meeting – October 22, 2024 Those attending were Town Chairperson James Przybylski, Town Supervisors Greg Van Asten and Brian Eckberg, and Clerk Connie Przybylski. Also in attendance was Richard Kucksdorf The special town board meeting was brought to order at 4:00 p.m. at W176 N Lake Sandia Drive and then reconvene at the town hall located at N3285 County Road C . [Clerk’s note: T he meeting had been posted on October 16, 202 4 at the town hall and on the town’s websi te.] The purpose of the special meeting was to discuss the size of culverts in Lake Sandia Subdivision and to finalize the 202 5 Budget that will be presented at the November 11, 2024 Budget Hearing. Discussion took place on the size of culverts installed in the subdivision. Chair Przybylski read the WI DOT requirements. Supervisor Van Asten suggested making an exception to the ordinance for the subdivision. The Chair supplied the board with an amended driveway/culvert ordinance for consideration. MOTION (Van Asten/Eckberg/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY) to amend the driveway culvert ordinance with an exception for Lake Sandia residents for installing a 12” culvert on a case -by-case basis with Town Board approval and to send to town attorney for any suggestions that he may have. Discussion took place on the upcoming budget. There were increases in the EMS Vehicle Fund, the Tri-County Fire Department vehicle fund. MOTION (Eckberg/Van Asten/PASSED UNANIMOUSLY) to adjourn the meeting.
