RECOMMENDATION: Listen to presentation with discussion and recommend to Common Council the proposed street names for the future street between St Stanislaus Cemetery Ln and Riverview Circle and the current street known as Oak street from Riverview Circle to E Waushara St. 6) PUBLIC HEARING FOR TID 16: Review TID Boundaries and Project Plan, and recommend to the Common Council of the City of Berlin the creation of TID No. 16 as approved by the Plan Commission by approval of Plan Commission Resolution 2024-01. 7) PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance Amendment to allow certain types of Urban Agriculture in the B-1, B-2 and M-1 Zoning Districts.
