SEC 5,T17N, R13E LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ASSESSORS PLAT 2 LOT 18 CITY OF BERLIN, GREEN LAKE COUNTY, WISCONSIN Recommendation: Preliminary discussion advising required completion of Rezone of Lot 2 prior to the decision for the Minor Subdivision. Schedule a Public Hearing at the August 25 th 2026 meeting to discuss the Rezoning Request if application is received by August 6 th 2026. 6) Open Public Hearing for Text Amendment of Indoor Recreational Entertainment Facilities and Outdoor Recreational Entertainment Facilities as Conditional Use in the M-1 and M-2 Zones 7) Decision: Recommend the approval of the Text Amendment allowing Recreational Entertainment Facilities in the Low and Medium Intensity Manufacturing Zones as a Conditional Use as recommended by the City Attorney. 8) Discussion of Draft Text Amendment - Residential Single-Family Dwelling and Accessory Structure Setbacks Recommendation: Schedule a Public Hearing August 2 5 th , 2026, to discuss the Amendment to 82-289 and 82-314 Area Regulations Side Yard and 82-553 Residential district area and construction regulations and Accessory Structure Setbacks. 9) Discussion of Chapter 52 (Planning) Update Recommendation: Staff update of pending Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 52, codifying the Comprehensive Plan update. 10) Old Business (To be used to request items of old business be put on a future agenda for further discussion or action; or used to make a motion for reconsideration of an item from the current meeting or immediately previous meeting; or to make a motion to take items off the table which were laid on the table only during the current meeting.) 11) New Business (To be used to request items of new business be put on a future agenda) 12) Next meeting date – August 25 th , 2026 13) Adjourn In adherence to the City of Berlin Public Meeting Participation Policy, public participation will be allowed under each agenda item at the discretion of the presiding officer.
