Call to Order / Roll Call Meeting called to order at 4:38 PM Present: Kayla Reeves, Tim Bending, Dr. Emmett Durtschi, Richard Lashbrook Absent: Pat Hanranhan, Kamie Jorgensen City Officials Present: Jessi Balcom, Sue Kiener, Scott Zabel 2. Flags for Hero’s Presented by The Berlin Rotary Club • Kyle Camp presented • Flags places June 22 – July 13th at Nathan Strong Park A motion was made by Tim Bending, to approve Rotary Club Request, with a second by Richard Lashbrook.
