Parcel #206- 01666-0200 Legal Description: COM 516' W OF THE SE COR OF SEC 4: RUN N 200'; W 100'; S 200'; E 100' TO BEG 8) Site Plan Review - American Industrial Sales Storage Shed Development at 242 S Pearl Street RECOMMENDATION: Consider granting approval for two storage sheds, to be erected on the AIS property, subject to the conditions as noted in the City Engineer’s letter. 9) Preliminary Discussion of Recreational Facilities as a Conditional Use in the Manufacturing Zones RECOMMENDATION: Staff Presentation of Preliminary Analysis, discussion of direction and action as appropriate. 10) Old Business (To be used to request items of old business be put on a future agenda for further discussion or action; or used to make a motion for reconsideration of an item from the current meeting or immediately previous meeting; or to make a motion to take items off the table which were laid on the table only during the current meeting.) 11) New Business (To be used to request items of new business be put on a future agenda) 12) Next meeting date – June 30 th 2026 13) Adjourn In adherence to the City of Berlin Public Meeting Participation Policy, public participation will be allowed under each agenda item at the discretion of the presiding officer.
