City of Berlin Tourism Commission Minutes Oct 15 2025 • Meeting called to order at 5:01 • Roll Call: Present were Joel Bruessel, Janet Broesch, Andi Rogers, Sue Trampf, Michelle Omichinski and Mary absent. • Motion to approve September minutes by Andi, Janet seconded. All in favor • General public comments – None • Financial reports reviewed – $5418.01 o Joel motions to approve, Janet seconds, all in favor • Fun on the Fox and Discover Advertisements o Motion to approve up to $2200 for 2026 advertising. Sue motion, Andi Seconds. All in favor. • GLCVB o No dues for 2026 membership noted o 90,000 avg views reported • Fall Grant Applications o ABC Group Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting. Sue left the room for discussion. Motion to approve requested amount of $3000, seconded by Janet. All in favor • Grant Reports o Accept and closed ABC group grant on tracker • Next meeting set for March 11 th at 5 pm. • Motion to adjourn by Sue at 5:21 pm, second by Janet All in favor.
