City of Berlin Tourism Commission Minutes Mar 11, 2026 • Meeting called to order at 5:02 • Roll Call: Present were Sue Trampf, Andi Rogers, Michelle Omichinski and Mary Kubiak. Janet Broesch absent. • Motion to approve October minutes by Andi, Michelle seconded. All in favor • General public comments – None • Financial reports reviewed – $7219.48 o Yearly report is drafted for review next meeting o Andi motions to approve, Michelle seconds, all in favor • GLCVB o Last meeting was very small, currently virtual meetings o Social media content is still happening regularly o No fee still at this time o Suggestion to extend an invitation to use a Berlin location for physical meeting location. • Fall Grant Applications o ABC Group 4th of July Celebration. Sue left the room. Motion to grant $3000 by Andi, seconded by Michelle, all in favor • Grant Reports o Accept and closed ABC group grant on tracker • Open seat on the commission looking for a good participant to fill Joel Position • 1berlin.com – suggestion to reach out to the admin to see if they’d like any collaboration on the development on this website. o Andi will do. • Open until March 31st for more applications. • Next meeting tentatively set for April 8th at 5 pm. • Fall cycle meeting Sept 9th at 5 pm • Motion to adjourn by Sue at 5:21 pm, second by Michelle, all in favor
