WEED NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to each person who owns, occupies, or controls land in the City of Berlin,
Green Lake and Waushara Counties, to destroy all noxious weeds such as described in and
pursuant to Wis. Statutes 66.0407 such as Canada thistle, leafy spurge, bull thistle, field
bindweed (Creeping Jenny), ragweed, poison ivy, and other noxious weeds as described in Sec.
78-2 of the Municipal Code.
