Firehouse, 574 Commercial Avenue, Green Lake, WI 54941 Call to Order: The meeting of the Fire Commission was called to order by Chairman Nawrocki. The requirements of the open meeting law were certified as being met. Present/Absent Roll Call: Ron Triemstra Present Christopher Foos Present LuAnn Mirr-Frank Present James Hebbe, Vice-Chairman Present David Nawrocki, Chairman Present Todd Morris Present Also Present: Chief William Wagner Josh Schmidt – EMS Christopher Foos – First Responder Director Approval of Minutes: Motion/second ( Triemstra/Foos) to approve the July 30 , 2025 , meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried. Appearances: none First Responders’ Report and Invoices: The August report was distributed and reviewed by Foos. No expenses for month of August. 31 calls, first responders went on 16. Training with Berlin EMS for Trauma Alert Systems with ER Staff. Motion/Second ( Hebbe/Triemstra) to approve the August First Responders report with expenses of $0.00. Motion carried. Fire Chief’s Report and Invoices : August report was distributed and reviewed by Chief Wagner. August expenses of $3,918.42. Calls: 3 – Accident, 2 – Alarms, 2 – Weather. Chief prepared 2026 Budget, incident reporting, equipment repairs on 4 trucks, participated in Responders Night Out event. Motion/Second ( Hebbe/Foos) to approve the August Fire Chief’s report with expenses of $3,918.42. Motion carried. EMS Reporting: Schmidt gave report. 135 total calls for the month. Business: A. 2026 Budget – Budget presented by Chief Wagner. Town of Brooklyn increase d equipment replacement fund to $50,000. B. Equipment Inspections – Chief Wagner lead commission for inspections.
