Firehouse, 574 Commercial Avenue, Green Lake, WI 54941 Call to Order: The meeting of the Fire Commission was called to order by Chairman Nawrocki. The requirements of the open meeting law were certified as being met. Present/Absent Roll Call: Ron Triemstra Present Christopher Foos Absent LuAnn Mirr-Frank Present James Hebbe, Vice-Chairman Present David Nawrocki, Chairman Present Todd Morris Present (arrived at 6:06pm) Also Present: Chief William Wagner Damian Moreland – EMS Carol Ehrenberg – First Responder Director Approval of Minutes: Motion/second ( Mirr-Frank/Nawrocki) to approve the January 29, 2025 meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried. Appearances: none First Responders’ Report and Invoices: February report was distributed and reviewed. Motion/Second ( Hebbe/Mirr-Frank) to approve the First Responders report with expenses of $0.00. Motion carried. Fire Chief’s Report and Invoices: February report was distributed and reviewed. Motion/Second ( Hebbe/Mirr-Frank) to approve the February Fire Chief’s report with expenses of $3,156.41. Motion carried. EMS Reporting: Moreland gave report. Busy month 161 total calls. All ambulances now have ultrasounds on them. Business: A. Financial Audits – discussion held if there is a need for financial audits of Department or if this is included during the City of Green Lake audit. Chief Wagner will talk with City Clerk for clarification. Future Agenda Items: Contact Chief Wagner Future Meeting Date: The next meeting will be Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 6:00 P.M.
