Firehouse, 574 Commercial Avenue, Green Lake, WI 54941 Call to Order: The meeting of the Fire Commission was called to order by Chairman Nawrocki. The requirements of the open meeting law were certified as being met. Present/Absent Roll Call: Ron Triemstra Present Christopher Foos Present LuAnn Mirr-Frank Present James Hebbe, Vice-Chairman Present David Nawrocki, Chairman Present Todd Morris Present Also Present: Assistant Chief Chad Holdorf Damian Moreland – EMS Christopher Foos – First Responder Director Approval of Minutes: Motion/second (Mirr-Frank/Foos) to approve the June 25, 2025 , meeting minutes as presented. Motion carried. Appearances: none First Responders’ Report and Invoices : July report was distributed and reviewed by Foos. No expenses for month of July. Motion/Second ( Hebbe/Triemstra) to approve the First Responders report with expenses of $0.00. Motion carried. Fire Chief’s Report and Invoices : July report was distributed and reviewed by Assistant Chief Holdorf. July expenses of $12,387.85. Motion/Second ( Hebbe/Foos) to approve the July Fire Chief’s report with expenses of $12,387.85. Motion carried. EMS Reporting: Moreland gave report. 170 total calls for the month . This is an increase from last month, typically average 115 calls. EMS fully staffed at this point. Business: A. Preliminary 2026 Budget Discussion – preliminary budget distributed and reviewed. Future Agenda Items: Contact Chief Wagner Equipment Inspections – August meeting Future Meeting Date: The next meeting will be Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 6:00 P.M.
