Description of the parcel & request is as follows: Parcel #004008700000 - 7.98 acres in section 24, Town 16 North Range 12 East Being of the SW 1/4 - SE - 1/4 Sec. 24, T 24-N - R16 -E, Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake Cty., WI Request is to remove 7.98 acres out of SE corner of an existing 40 acre parcel. Current zoning is A1, wish to change to R4. A remaining 28.4 acres, along with 59 acres to the west will remain A-1. The property lies along Hwy 23, and is presently used as hunting & recreational land. The 7.98 acres would be used to construct a home.
