Notice of Plan Commission Meeting March 5, 2026 Notice: Members of the Town of Brooklyn Board may attend the Brooklyn Plan Commission meeting at the above specified time and place. Members would attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda. The Town Board members at this meeting will take no vote or other action. AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order. 2. Certification of Open Meeting Law 3. Approve the minutes from February 5, 2026, Plan commission meeting. 4. Discussion and action of a rezone application from Jonathan J. & Donna M. Schulz The location of the parcel is N7297 County Road FF, mailing address of Ripon. The parcel is located in the Town of Brooklyn, Part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section1, town 16 North, Range 13 East, Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, WI. Current use of the property is residential and agricultural. Current zoning is A1. Parcel number is 004-00015-0000. The property owners want to sell 3.5637 acres along with all of the existing buildings, septic, well and other improvements. The original parcel is 36.6256 acres, which would remain in A1 zoning. The smaller 3.5 acres parcel would become R4, rural residential. 5. Set next meeting date. 6.
