Approval of Minutes from October 2, 2025 4. Discussion & action on a rezone request from Noah Polcyn for a parcel located W3251 Princeton Road, consisting 10.93 acres, in section 23,Town 16 North, Range 12 East. Parcel #004-00839-0200. E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying south of highway, excluding that part of CSM 928 lying therein. 5. Property is currently zoned A2, rural residence with undeveloped woods. No agriculture taking place. Proposed use would be to separate buildings from the woods, creating an R4 residential lot with the buildings to sell. Woods would be retained. Map shows Lot #1 to consist of 7.6947 acres being separated from Lot #2 consisting of 3.1731 acres. Both lots will become R-4 zoning. 6. Possible discussion of continuing items from Town of Brooklyn/City of Green Lake Ad Hoc committee meeting on October 22 regarding boundaries. 7. Items to consider for future agenda/meetings. 8.
