Notice of Plan Commission Meeting
Town of Brooklyn
Sept. 4, 2025 - 6:00 p.m.
Notice: Members of the Town of Brooklyn Board may attend the Brooklyn Plan
Commission meeting at the above specified time & place. Members may attend
for the the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda. The
Town Board members at this meeting will take no vote or other action.
AGENDA
1.Call the meeting to order.
2.Approve minutes from August 7, 2025 meeting
3.Discussion & recommendation to the Town Board regarding a zone change by
Rory’s Power Sports, LLC. Location is W806 State Road 23/49, Green Lake,
WI 54941. Zone change is a request to remove 3.19 acres from a current
16.08 acre parcel. 3.19 acres would become A-4 designation, 12.89 acres
would remain in Ag-2.
4.Discussion by the Brooklyn Ad Hoc Committee on agenda items of discussion
from the meeting held with City of Green Lake joint meeting of August 27,
2025 in regard to proposed possible boundary agreements between the two
municipalities.
5.Set next meeting date.
