Members would attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda The Town Board members at this meeting will take no vote or other action. AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order. 2. Approve the minutes from the January 9, 2025 meeting. 3. Discussion and recommendation to the Town of Brooklyn regarding a zone change application for Donald E. Kinas. Site for consideration is parcel #004-00786-0000 Location of Section 36 /Town 16 North/ Range 13 East at N5112 Brooklyn G Road. NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 36 Current Zoning of A-1. Current property use is Residential. Proposal is to separate 5 acres from current 40 acre parcel to be re-zoned R-4, the Remaining 35 acres to remain A-1. The Plan Commission is asked to consider this change and recommend for or against to the Brooklyn Town Board which will consider action at the Feb. 11, 2025 Town Board meeting. The Green Lake County LUPZ Committee will hold a public hearing on March 6 at 9:30 a.m. to review the request. 4. Discussion on ideas brought forward to the public gathered from the January 27 meeting of the Farmland Preservation Committee hosted by GL Cty. LUPZ. 5. Set next meeting date. 6. Adjourn
