Call Meeting to Order. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Wuest. Present: Wuest, Reabe, Triemstra, Rather Clerk: Morris, Treasurer: Toney Absent: Pettack 2. Pledge of Allegiance was said by all in attendance. 3. Approve minutes April 19, 2022, meeting. M/S Triemstra/Reabe to approve minutes of the April 22, 2022, meeting. Motion passed. 4. Consideration and action on: Approving Financial Report for 2022. M/S Reabe/Rather to approve the 2022 Financial Reports from the Treasurer and Clerk. Motion carried. 5. Chairman brought one item for approval. We may have the opportunity to expand the recycling center area by approximately 50’ on the north end. Comments were made regarding how difficult it is now to drive through the center. M/S Rather/Triemstra negotiate the purchase 50’ of land north of the center--the length of fence, if it should be available tor purchase, not to exceed $30.000.00. Motion passed. 6. Next Town Annual Meeting April 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. M/S Triemstra/Reabe to set the 2024 Annual meeting for April 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Motion carried. 7. Adjourn Requests from persons with disabilities that need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the town office at 294-6600 with as much advance notice as possible.
