Town of Springwater Special Board Meeting- Budget Workshop
November 3, 2025
Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. Present C/Hernandez, S/Baitinger, S/Johnson
Reviewed each budget category and the tax levy amount. Changed the budgeted amount of $1200/year
for
mileage
for
Clerk
and
Treasurer
to
$700/year
each.
Associated
Appraisals
contract
is
for
$13,800
plus
$15/parking
permit
fee.
Since
the
number
of
lots
are
unknown
the
Board
felt
$25,000
for
the
Financial
Administration
subcategory
would
be
sufficient.
In
addition,
$20,000
was
allotted
for
future
revaluations.
All
adjustments
for
these
changes
will
be
in
the
Highway
and
Maintenance
-
Local
category.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:35pm.
