Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Town of Springwater Regular Board Meeting February 10, 2025 Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present C/Hernandez, S/Baitinger, S/Johnson Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to accept the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to approve the January 13, 2025 minutes. Motion carried. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to approve the 2025 Caucus minutes. Motion carried. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to accept checks 22690 to 22717 for a total of $89,415.00. Motion carried. Alex Peterson of Saxeville-Springwater Fire Department reported on the department’s calls. He invited the Board to the March 25th County Fire Chief’s meeting to discuss Shared Revenues. The Board agreed to move forward with new signs at the Boat Landings. C/Hernandez will order them. The Board signed the Adams Columbia Electric Coop Blanket Permit. Future agenda items to include Comprehensive Plan and Mowing of Town Roads. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to adjourn the meeting at 7:31 pm Motion carried.
