Town of Springwater Special Board Meeting - Caucus January 13, 2025 Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by C/Hernandez. Dave Siebel agreed to act as Chairman for the Caucus. Susan Herman and Karen Reynolds were nominated to be tellers if needed. Nomination by Josh Baitinger, Second by John Collins to nominate Ed Hernandez for Chairman. No other nominations. Nomination by Joe Herman, Second by Ed Hernandez to nominate Josh Baitinger for Supervisor 1. No other nominations. Nomination by Joe Herman, Second by Josh Baitinger to nominate Jay Johnson for Supervisor 2. No other nominations. Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m. Respectfully submitted to the Board by Clerk Yeska.
