Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Town of Springwater Regular Board Meeting January 13, 2025 Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present C/Hernandez, S/Baitinger, S/Johnson Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to accept the agenda. Motion carried. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to approve the December 9, 2024 minutes. Motion carried. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to accept checks 22667 to 22689 for a total of $2,428,838.83. Motion carried. Board agreed to move forward with Angel Jannusch as the Deputy Clerk to assist with elections. A Certified Survey map was presented by Robert Meredith and signed by Chairman Hernandez. Motion by S/Baitinger, Second by S/Johnson to approve Boating Ordinance 2025-1. The ordinance will be published in the Waushara Argus and sent to the WI DNR. Motion carried. Zoning violations for Tischer Family Trust. Clerk will post the meeting notice that board members will attend the January 27th Unit Meeting in Wautoma. Clerk will register all Board members for the District Meeting on March 18th in Stevens Point. Next meeting: February 10 , 2025 at 7:00 pm.
