Open Book Notice

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2026 will be open for instructional material inspection by the public and for individual consultations with the assessor. Because 2026 is a revaluation year for the Town of Poy Sippi, all property valuations have been updated to reflect current market conditions. Property owners are strongly encouraged to utilize these sessions to examine their new values and discuss any questions or concerns directly with the Town Assessor. The Open Book review sessions will be conducted as follows: • By Phone: Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • In-Person: Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall - N4398 Spring St., Poy Sippi, WI 54967 The Town Assessor is Allen Sunstrom of Associated Appraisal Consultants.
