Town of Poy Sippi – Waushara County Town Board Meeting Minutes February 9, 2026 The Town Board Meeting was called to order at 7:05pm, with all board members present, except for Jeff, with Steve acting as Chairman. It was noted that the agenda was posted. Steve made motion, 2nd by John to approve the agenda, all ayes, motion carried. Jalaine read the minutes from previous meeting; Steve made motion 2nd by John to accept the minutes as read, all ayes, motion carried. Lori reported that we have $691,191.65 in checking the account with checks to be written out for various taxing entities. Bank deposited money into town account instead of Sanitary Districts checking account. Steve made motion, 2nd by John, to accept the treasurers report as read, all ayes, motion carried. Old Business: Tree trimming rates discussion tabled. New Business: TAC dues discussed and tabled until WTA’s invoice billing in March. Jalaine to add upcoming events to the town website home bulletin board, the upcoming Fire Department Chicken BBQ, March 21, 2026, and The 4th Annual Car & Bike Show for June 20, 2026.
