Village of Holmen
Annual Amendment of the Village Budget
Please take notice:
WHEREAS, the Village of Holmen adopted a 2025 Village Budget; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Holmen received revenues and the Village Board authorized expenditures not
originally anticipated in the adopted 2025 Village Budget; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the 2025 Village Budget for the Village of Holmen is needed to
accommodate these unanticipated revenues and expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board, of the Village of Holmen, intends to
accept those unanticipated revenues and to adopt those unanticipated expenditures, to correspond
with and therefore amend the Adopted 2025 Village Budget, in accordance with State Law, on
December 11, 2025, during their regularly scheduled Village Board Meeting.
