Town of Onalaska Ordinance Committee Meeting Thursday, July 23, 2026 1. The Ordinance Committee meeting was called to order at 7:11 pm Tuesday, July 23, 2026 at the Town of Onalaska Town Hall N5589 Commerce Road, Onalaska, WI by Luke Marcou. Members present: Luke Marcou, Betty DeBoer, Tim Reagles, Carol Stroeh. Anson Thompson was excused. 2. Motion to approve agenda by DeBoer/Reagles passed unanimously. 3. Discussion to Approve minutes of June 16, 2026 meeting: Motion to approve by DeBoer/Reagles passed unanimously. 4. Review and discussion making Town Board requested edits relating to Town of Onalaska Ordinance development relating to short term rentals: Betty DeBoer reported on the meeting with La Crosse County regarding permitting and enforcement of counties short term rentals that she attended with Mary Rinehart & Luke Marcou. Discussion was continued concerning revising short term rental ordinance. No recommendations to the board were made. 5. Motion to adjourn by Stroeh/Reagles passed unanimously at 8:44 pm.
