Plan Commission — Minutes

Plan Commission July 13, 2026 1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Paula Przywojski. Members present were: Paula Przywojski, Frank Fogel, Seth Waddell, Tom Thompson, Tim Reagles and Charlie Lipke. Mike Wellik was present via Zoom. Mary Rinehart was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 2. Motion by Fogel/ Lipke to approve agenda passed unanimously. 3. Public Comment: None 4. Motion by Lipke/ Reagles to approve May 11, 2026 minutes passed unanimously. 5. Update and discussion relating to annexation of tax parcel 10-123-0: Tax parcel 10- 123-0 has been annexed to the Village of Holmen. 6. Discussion recommendation to the Town Board relating to the next steps for Town on Onalaska Subdivision Ordinance required update: Motion by Fogel/ Waddell to recommend to the Town Board to schedule a Plan Commission public hearing for August 13, 2026. Motion passed unanimously. 7. Discussion making recommendation to the Town Board relating to next steps for amending/ updating the Town of Onalaska Comprehensive Plan and future use maps within the plan including but not limited to request from Risberg Coulee Properties LLC, tax parcel 10-01263-001, and request from Donna Kately for tax parcel 10-02127- 001: Motion by Lipke/ Reagles to recommend to the Town Board scheduling a public hearing for August 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM hearing with second public hearing on Subdivision Ordinance to immediately follow.
