Discussion and possible action making recommendation to Town Board relating to updating the Town of Onalaska Comprehensive Plan and future use maps within the plan including but limited to request from Risberg Coulee Properties LLC, tax parcel 10-01263-001 to allow for rezoning of parcel from General Agriculture to light industrial 8.
