Town Board — Minutes

Town Board Meeting Thursday February 12, 2026 Chairperson Przywojski called the Special Town Board Meeting to order on February 12, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Town of Onalaska Town Hall, N5589 Commerce Road. Meeting was properly noticed on February 11, 2026. Present were: Chairperson Paula Przywojski, Supervisors Frank Fogel, Emy Monroe, and Luke Marou. Betty DeBoer was excused. Mary Rinehart was also present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion to approve Agenda by Monroe/Marcou passed unanimously. Motion by Marcou/Monroe to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(b) for considering dismissal, demotion, or discipline of a public employee, specifically regarding a Town shop employee. Roll call vote: Przywojski, Fogel, Monroe, Marcou yes. Motion passed unanimously at 1:31 PM. Motion to reconvene into Open Session by Monroe/Marcou. Roll call vote: Przywojski, Fogel, Monroe, Marcou yes. Motion passed unanimously at 1:57PM. Discussion on the topic of closed session discussion: Motion by Monroe/Fogel to take the action as decided in closed session. Motion passed unanimously.
