Town Board — Minutes

Special Town Board Meeting Tuesday, January 20, 2026 Chairperson Przywojski called Town Board Meeting to order on January 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town of Onalaska, Town Hall, N5589 Commerce Road. Present: Chairperson Paula Przysojski, Supervisors Frank Fogel, Emy Monroe, and Luke Marcou. Betty DeBoer was excused. Mary Rinehart was also present. Motion to approve agenda by Fogel/Monroe passed unanimously. Motion to Convene in Closed Session to conduct candidate interviews for town crew position pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(c) allowing Closed Session for the consideration of employment for public employees by Marcou/Monroe. Roll call vote. Przywojski yes, Fogel yes, Monroe yes, Marcou yes. Motion passed at 5:01 pm. Motion to reconvene into Open Session by Fogel/Monroe. Roll call vote. Przywojski yes, Fogel yes, Monroe yes, Marcou yes. Motion passed at 7:47 pm. Motion to follow take the action as discussed in closed session making offer of employment to the identified candidate and to repost if the identified candidate should decline was made by Monroe/Marcou passed unanimously.
