Sanitary District No. 2 Meeting Minutes – APPROVED Date: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: 2800 Ward Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601 Joint Closed Session with Town Board Present: Sanitary District Commissioners Tim Ehler, John Sterling and Geno Francis (via Teams); Administrator Christina Peterson. Absent/Excused: None. Attendance List: None. 1. Meeting called to order by Ehler at 5:57 p.m. 2. Closed Session. Motion by Ehler to go into closed session with the Town Board per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved RE: City of La Crosse Sewer Litigation at 5:56 p.m., second by Sterling. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Open Session. Motion by Ehler to re-enter open session at 6:55 p.m., second by Sterling. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Adjournment.
