Planning Commission Meeting Minutes – APPROVED Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 Time: 4:30 p.m. Location: Town Hall – 2800 Ward Ave, La Crosse, WI 54601 Present: Chairperson Elliott Bujan, Commissioners Karen Kouba, Mike Kendhammer, Dave Gebhart, Supervisor Marlene Heal, and Clerk Fortune Berg. Excused: Administrator Christina Peterson, Commissioners Meg Paulino and Al Schulz. Attendance List: Jacob Stephenson (Paragon Associates). 1. Meeting called to order by Bujan at 4:30 p.m. 2. Minutes from 02/10/2026. Motion by Kouba to approve minutes from 02/10/2026, second by Heal. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Public Comment. None. 4. Certified Survey Map (CSM) 11-1856-0 and 11-1964-0. Berg reviewed the submitted CSM. Stephenson affirmed. Motion by Heal to recommend approval to the Town Board, second by Kouba. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Staff Report. Berg reported … a. Peterson is applying for Federal Funds for Arbor Hills Water System Filtration. b. Featherstone Preliminary Plat was approved by the La Crosse County Planning, Resources, and Development Committee. Further approval required from the County Board as well as the City of La Crosse. Discussion on water/sewer availability, housing availability, and school capacity. c. Appointments for Schulz and Bujan upcoming. 6. Commissioner Reports. None. 7. Adjourn.
